Kforce has a client in Doral, FL that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualys Administrator for a contract position to join our team. The Qualys Administrator will be responsible for the effective implementation, management, and optimization of the Qualys platform, with a specific focus on policy compliance. They should possess in-depth expertise in maintaining Qualys policies, configurations, and Control IDs (CIDs) to align with our organization's security standards.Qualys Policy Management:

　　Develop, implement, and manage Qualys policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal security requirements

　　Tune policies and controls to reflect changes to the governance of the corporation

　　Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align Qualys policies with regulatory requirements

　　Set up & manage scan schedules and reporting for various business units

　　Generate reports/dashboards

　　Control ID (CID) Configuration:

　　Configure and maintain Control IDs (CIDs) in Qualys to accurately represent the organization's security standards

　　Ensure that CIDs are aligned with industry best practices and are consistently updated based on security policy changes

　　Qualys Tool Maintenance:

　　Perform regular maintenance tasks on the Qualys platform, including software updates, patches, and configuration adjustments

　　Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the Qualys tool

　　Collaboration and Documentation:

　　Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to understand organizational requirements and translate them into Qualys configurations

　　Maintain comprehensive documentation of Qualys policies, configurations, and procedures for reference and audit purposes

　　Work with out OneTrust SME to create a feed of Qualys scan data into the OneTrust tool

　　Relevant certifications such as Qualys Certified Specialist (QCS) would be a plus

　　Proven experience as a Qualys Administrator with a specific focus on policy compliance

　　In-depth knowledge of configuring and managing Control IDs (CIDs) within the Qualys platform

　　Strong understanding of vulnerability management concepts and practices

　　Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards

　　Excellent communication and collaboration skills

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
