This position is responsible for ensuring manufactured products meet the Customer specifications and Schneider Electric quality requirements.What will you do?Supervise team of Quality Technicians to perform functional testing and quality reviews of all gear that is manufactured in the facilitySupport quality improvement efforts to drive superior customer experienceTrack, share, and review all quality performance KPI's for plantDrive compliance with existing Quality Management SystemLead and drive resolution to reactive quality issues within their process area(s)Trigger/manage production stops and ship holdsDevelop and/or update PFMEA, FTA and Process Control PlansPerform process root cause analysis, use 8D methodology for problem solving, and implement corrective action with emphasis in implementation of Poka Yoke and JidokaLead and/or support Kaizen events and Continuous Improvement activitiesFunction as quality approval on implementation of process changesAnalyze and drive improvement for First Pass Yield and customer complaintsWhat qualifications will make you successful?Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required.
