　　Position Summary

　　The Quality Inspector's duties include auditing finished product against the specification and work order and reporting any findings as directed. Additionally audit duties may include, but not be limited to, product dimensional audits, production process compliance audits, molding process audits, and audits of received materials. The person in this position must be motivated, team-oriented person with a strong level of attention to detail, possess the ability to understand and apply blueprint and specification requirements, be able to perform in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment, have good problem-solving skills and a good technical aptitude.

　　Works safely to prevent on-the-job injuries by following Buckhorn policies and OSHA standardsMake skid move tags, create SMT for tag RTSVerify posting errors at the end of each shiftCorrect/Verify open batches, lead to verifyTracking/Audit line closeouts and set-upVisually audit parts on presses several times each shift. Must notify the supervisor or manager ASAP if issues are detectedPerform "First" Articles and Documentation. Must notify the supervisor or manager ASAP if issues are detectedAudit for any packing discrepancies.
