　　Quality Engineer - Summer Internship

　　Plascore is seeking a Quality Engineering Intern to join our team for the summer.

　　Key Responsibilities:Prepare product specimens for conformance testing.Test and evaluate specimens against customer and industry requirements: Compression, Shear, Flatwise Tensile, etc.Create, develop and execute Preventive Maintenance Instructions for Lab devices and Test Equipment.Assist in determining process improvementsParticipate in special investigative projects with exposure to Top ManagementQualifications:The preferred candidate will be pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in a technical field and proven experience and proficiency with the following skills:Current student pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering (helpful)Must be able to work well independently and be self-directedExcellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skillsGood math and analytical skillsAdditional Requirements:Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). Therefore, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident ('Green Card')
