Description:

　　-Lead the efforts around continuous improvement

　　-Problem solving, root cause analysis, and critical thinking

　　-Data analysis and spreadsheet skills

　　-Lead a team based on the existing problem and lead through problem solving process

　　-Coming up with corrective actions based on root cause analysis

　　-Implementing an action plan and following up to make sure its effective

　　-Oversee a quality tech doing process capability studies

　　-80% analysis, problem solving, and process capabilities studies

　　-20% first piece inspections after setting up machines, analysis and problem solving for warranty returns on customers, and supplier quality issues

　　Skills:

　　Quality engineering, GD&T, lean six sigma, blueprint reading, root cause analysis, six-sigma green belt, ISO 9001, CPK

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　-Problem solving and root cause analysis

　　-Bachelor's degree in engineering required

　　-Lean six sigma, GD&T, and reading blueprints and schematics required

　　-Green belt certification required

　　-ISO 9001 certification or deep understanding is required

　　-CMM programming preferred

　　-Ability to calibrate tools preferred

　　-Understanding of Cpk preferred
