About Quality Data Abstractor

Performs a variety of duties that support quality initiatives throughout the facility.

Minimum Education• Bachelor of Science Degree in health care related field preferred.

Minimum Work Experience• A minimum of five years experience in an acute hospital setting preferred.• 1 or more years of experience in Quality and Performance Improvement preferred

Required SkillsMust have excellent computer skills using software and databases.Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
