Job DetailsDescriptionMonitor all production processes; perform daily testing for manufacturing; retain production samples, as necessary. This is a day shift position.
Essential job functions:
1. 90%Monitors production processes and checks for issues regularly. Makes suggestions for improvements or fixes when there is an issue.
2.5%Tests random samples of packaged products from different points in the flow. Escalates issues with nonconforming products. Retains samples for testing.
3. 5%Creates, implements, files, and checks production paperwork as it relates to production processes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Strong attention to detail.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English necessary.Computer skills and job-related software including Microsoft Office products is a plus.Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines.Education and Experience Required:High school diploma or equivalent required. Food manufacturing experience required. Quality assurance experience preferred. Computer skills a plus (including Microsoft Excel) and very high attention to detail required.
