　　Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead for an opportunity with a clientlocated in Denver, CO.

　　Responsibilities:Support the In-Line Quality Assurance Monitoring Inspection (QA) team inmitigating risk across the Data Engineering Analytics organizationLeads a team of analysts responsible for monthly control execution within aLOBDirectly supports execution of Quality Framework through various initiativesto drive process improvements and control performance sustainabilityRequirements:2 or more years Quality Control/Assurance Testing, Management, processimprovement, or similar business control experienceKnowledgeable of how a Hadoop environment operators with some skills workingwithin the platformA broad knowledge of Hadoop how to leverage the data with multipleapplicationsProvide an in-depth understanding of data modeling and how the design willimpact both a Hadoop platform and downstream applicationsAbility to critically think and problem solve when escalations ariseStrong communication abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detailStrong research and analytical skills - Ability to prioritize effectively, aself-starter, organized, capable of performing work independently withminimal directionProficient computer/software skills - Experience with Microsoft Word,Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, etcWorking knowledge of Risk, Quality Control/Assurance FrameworkPrevious work experience in one or more of the following areas: risk,compliance, audit, operations and/or controlsFoundational knowledge of general bank policies, specific to data qualityBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experienceDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions withover 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
