　　Robert Half is seeking a QA Analyst for an onsite role in Jacksonville, FL. We are passionate about customer satisfaction and dedicated to creating innovative products/services.

　　About the Role:

　　We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our development process, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing test plans to identify and resolve bugs before they reach our users.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for [products/services], covering functionality, performance, usability, and security.

　　Design and write test cases, including manual and automated scripts, using various testing methodologies (e.g., black-box, white-box).

　　Execute test cases, identify and report bugs, and document defects clearly and concisely.

　　Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce and resolve bugs.

　　Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on potential quality issues.

　　Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging testing tools and technologies.

　　Analyze test results and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the quality assurance process.

　　Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks and tools.

　　Maintain accurate and detailed test documentation.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

　　Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or Tester.

　　Strong understanding of software development methodologies and testing principles (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

　　Experience with various testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Cypress).

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Strong communication and collaboration skills.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
