This position generates specific customer required reports such as first article reports, Q-specs and Lot Quality Reports. Assists in the collection and input of TTM data to customer databases. Reviews data collected by lot, verifies for accuracy, and compares this data to customer requirements. Verifies, sorts, and files certificates of conformance for raw materials. Assists in the verification of defect codes and maintains layer scrap/defect code data.Duties and Responsibilities:Work with the engineer to define the processes and acceptability criteria for the module/cell.Gather and track PCB lot information.Compile and maintain process data for customer reporting requestsGenerate customer reports as requestedAssist in the verification, sorting and filing of certificates of conformance for raw materialsAssist in the verification of internal quality documentation delivered to the customer.Assist with dispositioning customer returns and complaintsProvide customer complaint and return feedback to engineers and management for appropriate corrective action resolution.Coordinate training to include necessary tracking and scheduling to required internal procedures.Review and verify documentation and deliverables for accuracy prior to processing orders for shipmentNote:The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel.
