Description/Job Summary

　　To standardize the duties of the position and to establish the authority, and responsibilities ensuring that personnel reporting to this position adheres to the corporate policies and procedures. The directives of Management is to ensure that the quality of the product meets or exceeds the specifications set forth by the Customer or the Plant.

　　To apply the directives of Management to ensure that all departmental personnel are aware of these.

　　Ensure that fellow stewards have needed information passed on to them.

　　Ensure that each member of his/her department has adequate tools and resources to perform the job duties that they have been asked to perform.

　　Responsible for the actions of all personnel within the department to ensure compliance of IBS policies and procedures.

　　Provide leadership and direction to the department.

　　To help control the cost within the department.

　　Monitor unit and personnel efficiency and suggest improvements.

　　Initiate improvement proposals and make recommendations accordingly.

　　To assist in establishing the departmental S.O.P.'s and aid in the development of S.O.P's that affect Quality Assurance within the other departments.

　　Place end products on hold if necessary.

　　Be able to reason and remove hold when it is determined it was in error.

　　Required Qualifications

　　High school or equivalent

　　Good statistical and analytical skills.

　　One year experience in plastics.

　　Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.

　　Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.
