Description and Requirements
Participate in website build and UAT (user acceptance testing) processes, assist in delivery of customer websites to Web Project Managers, and extended (internal) teams
Coordinate with other internal and external organizations (Lenovo’s web operations, Lenovo’s IT CRM, Flash) to ensure timely issue resolution
Document status of build project daily / weekly for Management reporting
Manage enablement schedule; deliver websites on time for testing and verification
Understand and validate website build formats (We will train the resource, but previous experience will be useful)
Identify and route technical errors, system failures, and issues, report for resolution
Perform user testing as needed
