The Product Quality Engineer I will work with third party providers for Consumer Communication and Pharmacovigilance services to assist in the administration of the Padagis product quality process. The individual will help execute and maintain product quality processes that are reliable, efficient, and meet or exceed current regulatory requirements.Note: This position will be eligible for a remote/on-site hybrid workplace arrangement after initial onboarding and training period is completed.Duties:Receive reports of product quality concern from Padagis' third-party Communication Center. Provide initial triage of such cases for escalation purposes.Initiate cases in Padagis' Track Wise management system and maintain the case record workflow.Provide guidance as to when product retrieval is required and initiate product retrieval process.Partner with internal and external contract manufacturing sites to initiate investigations and ensure overall product quality.Assisting in monthly signal management activities.Assist in the administration of product reimbursements when requested by the reporting party.Participates in quality driven continuous improvement initiatives.Triage quality mailbox and assign emails to designated parties.Responsible for multiple administrative tasks (e.g., consumer email responses, CofA requests, and addressing or assigning medical inquires).Required qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficient in Microsoft office (e.g., outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft TeamsPreferred qualifications:Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or pharmaceutical related fieldExperience with electronic quality management systems (e.g., Track Wise)Prior customer service experiencePrevious pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing experience.About us:At Padagis our focus is on health care products that improve people's lives.
