　　Our Healthcare practice is currently assisting a cutting-edge Healthcare organization with their search for a dynamic candidate who can fulfill the role of a purchasing agent. Please review the description and requirements of this role and APPLY TODAY!

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　• Design and maintain all vendor reports, evaluate issues, assist in preparing data reports for purchasing system and manage buying trends.

　　• Provide support to Supervisor regarding product research, assist with obtaining required approvals; maintain spreadsheets, evaluate, correct and establish all best purchase practices.

　　• Review purchase orders, ensure accuracy in SKU and products, maintain and track receipts and maintain an efficient packaging guide according to vendor regulations.

　　• Collaborate with shipping department ensuring all shipping dates and deadlines are met and maintain consumers’ satisfaction, monitor delivery of all products according to schedule and maintain quality standards of all products.

　　• Coordinate with vendor to maintain knowledge on all product and delivery schedule and oversee all personnel training programs and evaluate same and manage work with sales and purchasing departments

　　• Collaborate with internal and external customers; manage pricing and availability of all products, develop purchase orders and manage communication with general contractors and coordinate with sourcing analyst to source materials.

　　• Monitor inventory, determine appropriate delivery dates of products, forecast order requirements, maintain records of activities and resolve delivery issues and prepare products for shipment

　　• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of products; maintain accuracy of vendor data in inventory control module, perform various purchasing activities, prepare all purchase orders and evaluate accuracy

　　• Manage communications with all vendors, track orders and resolve any issues; assist to obtain raw materials and prepare required paperwork, request orders, analyze samples and ensure purchase of raw materials within required timeframe.
