　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　At Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, the center for Emotional Growth recognizes mental and emotional health as an integral part of overall health. Our treatment team consists of psychiatrists, registered nurses, case management personnel, activities therapists and mental health technicians. BHU treatment programs consist of a variety of group and individual services including, but not limited to, relaxation techniques, medication management, management of acute symptoms, safety management and activity therapies. We are an amazing, hardworking team who is looking for a phenomenal addition like you!

　　Our Behavioral Health RNs use evidence-based practices to provide engaging treatments and foster positive outcomes

　　As a BHU RN, you will provide short-term term intensive mental health treatment for adults in crisis

　　You must function in an organized and time conscious manner

　　You will initiate/document preoperative and discharge planning and patient teaching

　　Requirements

　　Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)

　　Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license

　　Current BLS certification

　　Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
