　　Position Summary

　　Serves as provider relations representative for our Internal team. Conducts Provider On-Boarding, processes provider terms, assists with network mailboxes, faxes, provider communication and acts as the primary resource for any assigned providers, both contracted and non-contracted. Responsible for establishing, overseeing, and maintaining provider relationships and supporting high value initiative activities. May also serves as the provider liaison for all provider inquiries, provider education, provider communications, Triple AAAs, and provider contract compliance.

　　Required Qualifications

　　Strong communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills

　　1-3 years of provider relations and/or network management experience required

　　Excellent time management skills

　　Must be flexible and able to handle a highly, fast-paced environment

　　Computer literate in Word, Excel, Microsoft Office

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs and provider requirements

　　Medical claims processing knowledge

　　QXNT knowledge and/or QuickBase knowledge a plus

　　Education

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

　　Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$43,700.00 - $100,000.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
