　　As our client continues to expand their real estate portfolio, they are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Accountant to join their accounting team. As a Property Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data related to our diverse real estate holdings. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing reconciliations, and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making processes. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the general ledger, maintaining and reconciling accounts, recording journal entries and ensuring proper documentation. 　　-BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field

　　-3+ years of accounting experience

　　-Excellent oral and written communication skills
