JOB TITLE:Project/Transition Director (CA DDTP Project)- Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES:-Perform as a key member of the senior management team responsible for meeting cost, schedule and quality requirements of the project and will oversee all contract administrative functions including policy, budget and financial controls. -Participate with executive management to establish strategic plans, objectives, initiatives, and work plans. -Responsible for all P&L activities related to the contract and manage all financial activities related to the project, annual budget process, and monthly and quarterly forecast and review.-Engage in rebid and other business development initiatives. -Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans and execution oversight. -Oversee the quality and timeliness of contractually required reports and deliverables and quality assurance and manage any necessary corrective actions to ensure consistent application of laws, regulations, policies and procedures pertinent to the project.
REQUIREMENTS:-Bachelors Degree.-10-to-12 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.-Be available to work remotely in a virtual team and office environment and travel to client locations in California as needed. -Manage all PPCA Transition-In activities from the incumbent contractor and ensure a successful transition. -Develop, maintain, and deliver a PPCA Transition-In Plan.-Develop, maintain, and deliver a PPCA Contract Closeout Plan during Transition-Out. -Work collaboratively with the incumbent contractors to ensure a smooth transition of all operational components. -Ensure minimal impact to end users during the transition. -Assist the client and its stakeholders and partners in understanding transition activities, timelines, and impacts on other DDTP initiatives and tasks.
