What You'll Do

Every colleague is encouraged to participate in our Recruit Awesome People program, helping us grow Convergint by promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent to the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers.Manage the Project Specialist/Installer team, including colleague development and performance management.Coordinate with Project Managers for effective scheduling and organization of Specialist / Installer activities (installation, programming, system start-up / check-out, testing, certification, and customer training) to ensure that projects are executed within budget, on time, and with a high degree of customer satisfaction.Implement quality assurance, field-related safety practices, processes and standards within the Project Specialist Team. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.What You'll Need

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 5-7 years relevant or field management

Preferred Experience: (but not required):
