PrimaryResponsibilities: Contribute to high level machine design andfirst-of-a-kind concepts for all clients Identify customerneeds/requirements for custom designed machinery Provide input intoproposals for engineering and manufacturing efforts for custom designedand built equipment Participate in internal concept development processwith Production Solution resources and others as required Work throughfabrication and assembly issues and update documentation to reflectmodifications Successfully complete project deliverables within scope,schedule, budget Collaborate with design teams and technical leaders asrequired throughout project lifecycle Support junior engineers anddesigners in technical growth via mentorship and feedback Championinternal quality and safety processes Travel as needed for datagathering, design reviews, installs, start-ups and troubleshooting tofabrication shops, as well as client locations (25 - 35% travelannually)Required Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in MechanicalEngineering or a combination of a two or four-year technology degreesupplemented with equivalent technical training or experience 5 - 10years\' experience with custom designed machinery Strong clientinterface experience Proven examples of custom machinery development, toinclude, concepting, modeling, proof of principle, proto-typing,manufacturing, testing and commissioning Proficient in 3D designsoftwarePreferred Qualifications: Consultant experience Proficient inInventor and SolidWorks design software packages Experience in food,beverage, bulk package handling, specialty product packaging or otherindustry experience similar to Production Solutions\' current clientbase Experience in...
