　　Proactively recognize and resolve risks

　　Manage cross functional projects across multiple systems or functions

　　Understand and handle project interdependencies

　　Develop and execute on complex project plans and key milestones

　　Arrange project priorities with strategies/objectives

　　Assign the right people with the right skills at the right time Requirements - Minimum of 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience

　　Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleaguesStrong problem-solving skills

　　Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

　　Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines

　　Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

　　You'll do well at this position if you are flexible and focused

　　You could be a good applicant for this position if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

　　This position will be the best fit for a candidate with a Project Management (PMP) certification

　　We are particularly looking for candidates with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

　　You might be a good fit for this position if you have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

　　Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills

　　Proficiency in software development life cycles

　　Foundational knowledge in SDLC Methodology

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Services

　　Agile SDLC experience preferred
