　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Understand and handle project interdependencies

　　Recognize and resolve risks proactively

　　Manage cross functional projects across multiple systems or functions

　　Leverage the project team talent by assigning people to tasks accordingly

　　Arrange project priorities with strategies/objectives

　　Develop and execute on complex project plans and key milestones Requirements - Experience leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs

　　Demonstrated ability to utilize resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people

　　Technical experience including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application

　　5+ years of project management experience

　　Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization

　　Skilled in leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects

　　Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience
