　　Robert Half is seeking a skilled Performance Analysis Manager who has innovative Google AppSheet Developer experience to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our Safety department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile and web applications using Google AppSheet. If you are passionate about creating user-friendly, scalable solutions and have a deep understanding of AppSheet capabilities, we want to hear from you. Performance Analysts work with knowledgeable colleagues in various parts of the business to define, design and develop analytic solutions to analyze performance, identify opportunities for optimization and mitigate risks.

　　This is a 6-month hybrid role in San Francisco, CA.

　　Requirements

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Generate and maintain automated features in existing and approved tool builds and dashboards

　　Own the development and troubleshoot new and existing tools process & workflows in Autonomous Vehicle Safety operations and regulations.

　　Aggregate data from multiple operational departments for contracted service level agreements.

　　Report on ongoing, special and emergency metrics and resolution

　　Develop solutions or alternative practices and maintain them

　　Ensure scalability of the tools and processes built

　　Compile detailed feedback for improvements to tools

　　Experience:

　　Google app script and google app sheet or power BI automation for email, mapping, and report creation services are required.

　　3+ year experience with data or strong data/performance management skills and extensive knowledge of transportation operations

　　Database query language proficiency preferred

　　Google Script/Javascript experience preferred

　　Database query language proficiency preferred

　　SQL, Apps Script G-suite/Microsoft Office experience required

　　Strong Google Workspace Proficiency (Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Slides, Google Sites and especially Google Sheets.)

　　Ability to work independently to accomplish an extensive project roadmap.

　　Deep understanding of spreadsheet functions and formulas.

　　Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs

　　Ability to build and maintain dashboards.
