Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager III in Washington, DC.Duties include:
Project Manager III will update existing learning materials; Create new learning collateral including videos and other mediums as need arises
Coordinate/facilitate meetings and assist with some administrative items as they arise related to escalations and required reporting coming out of customer engagements
Run daily huddles and manage team huddle boards and continuous improvement boards
Monitor, respond and close out customer inquiries, working with the broader P2P team to troubleshoot & resolve issues as they arise
Respond to customer inquiries through our intake mediums including email and Microsoft Teams channels, working with SMEs to resolve, and escalating any issues they are unable to bring to a resolution
Project management background
Solid communication and relationship building skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
