  Job Summary

  The Project Manager II will manage multiple, concurrent, company-wide projects. The projects could be a mix of Product, Technology and Business projects. They will manage and structure inter-related projects within small programs. The incumbent will be responsible to drive assigned projects to successful completion by overseeing the project tasks of various cross-functional groups that contribute to the delivery of the project objectives and goals ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards.

  Responsibilities

  Create, execute, and adapt as appropriate all project related documentation (project plans, change control, RAID, Charters, etc.) Follow and mentor the project team in adherence to enterprise processes and methodologiesManage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including scope, timeline, budget and quality to achieve project milestones and goalsCoordinate and communicate with cross functional teamsIdentify, manage, and communicate project status, risks, issues and changes with stakeholdersContinuously improve and provide feedback on PMO Project processes and templatesSuggest options for organizing large project/small programsCoordinate with internal, third-party vendors and/or customers to successfully execute milestones and project goals

  Qualifications

  Basic Requirements:

  Bachelor degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience as a project manager5+ years demonstrated success in project delivery in a complex matrixed environmentUnderstanding of development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsTechnical competence with MS Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Teams)Experience in Healthcare and/or Technology

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Advanced degree in a technology or related business fieldExperience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint and ClarizenPMP certification

  At Surescripts, base pay is one part of our Total Rewards Package (which may also include bonus, benefits etc.) and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this position is $109,481 - $133,811 per year. Your base pay may vary within or outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) your qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
