　　Pay Range: $68,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)

　　Basic Job Functions:

　　Nucor Warehouse Systems is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Project Manager II. The responsibilities for this role include, and are not limited to, managing the day-to-day operational aspects of industrial racking projects and scope, creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, perform estimates and review proposals. A Project Manager II will also need to possess mechanical aptitude with the ability to complete basic mathematical calculations, effectively communicate with customers and end users, and apply our methodology and enforce project standards.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　1-3 years experience in the Racking/ Supply Chain industry or Commercial/Industrial construction.

　　Ability to read and understand construction and fabrication drawings.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelors degree in business, design, construction management or comparable experience

　　Experience using Design Software such as AutoCad, preferred.

　　PMP Certification; or relatable project management certifications
