　　In the role of Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, executing, and tracking of projects. You will be managing large scale projects by defining project controls, such as procedures, reporting and ensuring deliverables align with the project's outcome. You will be managing the risks and contingency plans of a project and develop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders. 　　Roles and Responsibilities

　　• Manage end-to-end delivery of M365 and EUC transformation programs.

　　• Develop and carry out detailed project management plan; secures signoffs with program sponsors. Sets up implementation mechanisms in order to ensure that defined process is followed by the project team while executing various activities.

　　• Scope, Risk, Schedule, Contract Management.

　　• Lead implementation of solutions from establishing project requirements and goals to solution go-live.

　　• Manage and run multiple delivery teams ensuring governance at top management level, conducting project meetings, and identifying successful and unsuccessful project factors and gaps.

　　• Deliver projects on time and within budget with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.

　　• Stakeholder Management.

　　• To participate / lead the proposal preparation, design the solution keeping organizational imperatives, prepare & review the estimations, capture the inputs from stakeholders, liaison for required approvals and take the bottom line for response delivery in order to position Infosys suitably towards winning the deal.

　　• Travel for Orals and client presentations for new opportunities.
