　　Provide ISM Programme Management of designated product lines at Actuation Wolverhampton.Ensure global MRO assembly and test capability in place to meet entry into service aircraft needs. Supporting project status, engineering, maintaining and increasing aftermarket margin and profitability. Maintaining and improving vendor ratings and customer satisfaction.Create, maintain and effectively communicate project plans and resource profiles to cover implementation of aftermarket customer support contracts working together with the Actuation EIS and sustainment teams.Delivering improvement opportunities to existing ISM programs. Effective negotiating, planning and acquiring the necessary resources to achieve project deliverables, New Product Introduction ensuring that each program is using the tools in place for the Enter Into Service. Key measures and KPI are in place, maintained and meeting customer expectations.Present project status to customer and Collins senior management.Deputise for the Aftermarket Regional Customer Support Director IATA 2 as appropriate.What will you bring to the role?
