Responsibilities:
Support multiple project managers by assisting with various proceduresand activities, coordinating and planning efforts to effectivelycomplete paperwork associated with assigned projects while maintaining asmooth workflow.
Assist with the preparation of subcontracts; track changes; prepare andmaintain files, assist in issuing change orders and monitor status.
Enter job number requisition, labor reporting data, and assign jobnumbers.
Assist with submittal of permit applications and inspection requests.
Coordinate shop drawing submittals, samples, cut sheets, Request forInformation (RFI), Operation & Maintenance manuals, and as-builts;Create and print panel directories and wire labels. Obtain and printdrawings as needed.
Coordinate timesheets for billing; interface with company projectmanagers and external customers to obtain information.
Reconcile extra work authorizations with project change orders; Preparespecial billing formats for invoicing.
Additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
High school graduate
2 + years business experience, construction industry experience ispreferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Viewpoint experience a plus
Able to work under pressure and prioritize between competing demands
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and abilityto effectively manage multiple projects for multiple managers with ashort turn-around time
Able to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time with minimalsupervision
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborativeenvironment
