Job Title: Project Manager (PM)
Summary – This is a contingent Opportunity and would begin work upon the contract award
Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Project Manager (PM) who shall be responsible for the performance of work, Task Order (TO) compliance, and quality control of the Master Resiliency Training and Training Center Support (MRT/TCS) Program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The PM shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all TO matters relating to daily operation of this TO.
Responsible for providing day-to-day management of the MRT/TCS Program.
Responsible for collaboration and coordination support to government POCs and installation staff.
Develop and/or review assigned program processes, procedures and artifacts to ensure the satisfaction of contract requirements and adherence to necessary and appropriate organizational guidelines.
Ensure that all work efforts are performed and managed in a skillful, efficient and professional manner, that work is appropriately planned and scheduled organized.
Ensure that required levels of performance and quality standards are established, monitored and maintained, with status, progress, and concerns reported in a comprehensive and timely manner
Monitor, track and report organizational and/or program trends with Army G9, Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness
Recommend improvements to correct deficiencies
Travels up to 20% of the time to conduct quality assurance checks
Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all positions in this Task Order with direct supervision of the Assistant PM and Operations Manager and indirect supervision of the entire program service delivery staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities following the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, communicating, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Required Education and/or Experience Qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited academic institution
Prior experience serving in the military
A minimum of 10 years relevant experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing large-scale Government projects of similar work, such as training facilitation
Demonstrated knowledge of support and sustainment-related operations
Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise staff and special initiatives
Ability to solve complex technical, managerial, or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge
Ability to operate at advanced levels of authority and manage significant activities and resources to produce and take responsibility for results
Possess a thorough knowledge of the military organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, regulations, and policy of the Department of Army
Possess working knowledge of military protocol when addressing Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers, Troops and Government personnel
Ability to effectively interface and communicate with civilian and military personnel at all levels
Must be able to work in the Arlington, Virginia area
US Citizen
Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 Clearance
Must pass a pre-employment background check
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience working with or for the Army, G1 or G9
Other Skills and Abilities
This position requires access to U.S. Government facilities and systems. U.S. Citizenship, a valid driver's license, transportation, and auto insurance are required.

Physical Demands: This individual works in office areas. Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. They use a personal computer, telephones, copiers, printers, and other office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
