　　The LBG contract is one of the largest accounts in UK MNC which is valued over £1bn revenue over a 7 year contract. The role of the programme manager/vertical lead will be to lead and manage the delivery of complex programmes and projects into the customer’s organisation. The portfolio will consist of circa 100 project with a value of £10m-£20m revenue. The role holder will be accountable for achieving the milestones, driving improvement, improving efficiency, generate revenue and drive profitability. The role holder will also be accountable for the stakeholder engagement with the senior manager within the bank (platform owners).

　　What you’ll be doing

　　Manage the relationship with the Senior Manager within the customer organisation

　　SME in your delivery vertical

　　Point of escalation for significant and highly complex resource, planning or benefit/outcome issues

　　Lead a matrix organisation of onshore and offshore project management and technical professionals

　　Lead a team of direct reports to quote and deliver complex projects and programmes and handover into operations

　　Deliver transformation and business improvement change within our customers business

　　Deliver projects or programmes in line with the Time, Cost and Quality principles

　　Define medium/high complex undefined solutions within the customers environment and deliver positive business outcomes

　　Drive efficiency and profitability on project delivery to meet the LOB targets

　　Identify opportunities for additional revenue generation

　　Set RFT milestones and monitor and meet the targets

　　Manage existing suppliers and new suppliers

　　Support and contribute to win new business initiatives and RFPs

　　Identify and deliver service excellence and CSI initiatives

　　Drive process improvement and compliance

　　Skills and experience

　　Managing and leading matrix organisations to deliver complex and ambiguous programme/project outcomes

　　Managing costs, revenue and profitability

　　Stakeholder engagement at senior level within BT and customer organisation

　　Delivery or LAN, WAN, Security and Voice technology into a large multinational corporation

　　Enforcing change control and scope creep management

　　Preferred – MSP or Prince 2 or equivalent project management methodology qualifications or equivalent experience preferred

　　Preferred – Bachelor level degree or equivalent experience
