　　Job Description

　　Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing facilities and maintenance projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Visit construction sites frequently to understand status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

　　Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. General application of concepts, and principles. Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform moderately complex professional tasks.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Must have one of the following requirements: 1) High School Diploma/GED with years of relevant experience, 2) Bachelor's Degree in a related fields with 3 years of relevant experience, or 3) Master's Degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
