　　Summary:

　　The ideal candidate will have mission critical experience and possess a great working relationship with key suppliers, subcontractors, end-users, design teams, and potential customers within the data center industry. This candidate will utilize their past contacts and relationships to bring in new opportunities and lead the high-level operations of new projects.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

　　Self-starter with a heavy emphasis on Business Development who can grow the Mission Critical market of Nabholz and be an advocate for the company’s overall growth Ability to leverage relationships to drive sales and project acquisitions.

　　Provide the opportunity to grow professionally and lead others.

　　Identify business opportunities and position company for consideration.

　　Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, subcontractors, end-users, design teams, and potential customers within the construction industry or relevant space.

　　Leverage network to grow the Mission Critical team as the workload dictates.

　　Possess the ability to act as Project Manager on newly acquired work as needed.

　　Become a subject matter expert on Nabholz service offerings.

　　Sell Nabholz services to current connections while actively finding new prospects within the market.

　　Grow within the Mission Critical business unit of Nabholz and be an advocate for the company’s growth.

　　Travel approximately 25% to maintain current relationships, create new connections, attend industry and community events, and pursue opportunities within the industry.

　　Work with business development, management, and pre-construction teams to secure work.

　　Innovate, influence, and advocate for processes improvement and positive change.

　　Work with SPMs, PMs, PEs, and other support personnel to positively influence all project stakeholders.

　　Take an active role in presentations or other methods of securing project opportunities.

　　Manage transition from potential client to new client. Assure client is comfortable with additional integration and introduction with additional Nabholz personnel.

　　Assure the project management team (including General Superintendent) is properly integrated into the project.

　　This job is safety sensitive for medical marijuana purposes.

　　This position requires driving a personal vehicle on behalf of the company or a company vehicle; therefore, the applicant must successfully complete a motor vehicle records check, possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in their state of residence, and immediately self-report convictions/violations/tickets to the DOT Compliance Specialist as per Company Policy. Any negative change in the status of the employee’s driving record may result in the revocation of the employee’s privilege to drive for the company.

　　Physical Demands :

　　Ability to continuously sit, stand, or walk.

　　Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift frequently.

　　Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

　　Ability to work in heat or cold, work outside, and work in high elevations.
