As the backbone organization for SSTC, Nationwide Children's will employ this position, but the performance expectations will be set by SSTC leadership. Plans, coordinates, and monitors specific SSTC programs and projects, assists with projects and programming related to marketing and communications, community engagement events, network convenings and meetings, and engagement of key stakeholders' part of the collaborative. A Place to Be Proud.Responsibilities* Develops and implements marketing and communications plans, content, documents, and activities for target audiences through various channels including digital, print, and social media.* Coordinates all program logistics for SSTC partner engagement meetings, trainings, and other convenings that advance the purpose of SSTC.* Plans and implements community engagement activities, including the ambassador program, community outreach and engagement events, and other special activities in collaboration with partners. Builds and maintains relationships with SSTC stakeholders.* Contributes to the development of processes, tools, and content to manage administrative activities such as grant reports.* Collects data and provides documentation on activities on a consistent basis including, producing regular reports.* Purchases program materials and supplies, coordinates, and facilitates, internal and external planning meetings.QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESEducation Requirement: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Administration, or related field, preferred.Licensure Requirement: Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital
