Key customer advocate focused on the customer's experience throughout the project and coordinating the background activities to complete the project.Manage the relationship with the client striving for world class customer satisfaction.Manage customer expectations and push to deliver on those expectations.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Supervise assigned projects and coordinate all team members and resources to keep project workflow on track.Ensure projects adhere to scope of work, signed contract, approved plans, and building code.Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.Due diligence for assigned projects. Reviewing what is required and the expected time frame to complete the job and meet objectives.Work hand in hand with sales team to develop detailed project plans and understand full scope.Follow up with vendors, team members, subcontractors, cities and other resources to ensure project keeps on track and moving forward.Monitor project progress and update customer and other stakeholders on project status.Coordinate between internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.Complete project tasks as required to meet project deadlines and objectives.Coordinate product delivery, installation, and follow up with AR for project invoicing.Schedule and coordinate installations with customers and installation teams.Review and identify project BOM needs and work with production, warehouse, purchasing and sales on sourcing.Review project blueprints and create project material lists.Read and comprehend blueprints, bill of materials, contracts, quotes, change orders and project objectives.Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors.Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-savings measures.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Providing administrative support at needed.[Requirements:]{calibri="" light=""}
Direct project coordinator / project manager experience required.
Previous industry-specific experience is preferred (Pallet Racking and Material Handling Systems).
Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
