Discover Impactful Work:
Working within the Commercial Data Management team of the Life Sciences Commercial Operations organization, the Project Coordinator will help lead cross-functional and cross-divisional programs and activities, with responsibilities including, but not limited to, project activity and process optimization.
A day in the Life:
Assist in the management of multiple projects by planning, executing, and completing tasks such as process improvements, system enhancements, metrics/PBI creation, and other data lifecycle activities as assigned.Coordinate and assist with day-to-day operational aspects of a project including project initiation, scope definition, and goal setting.Maintain and demonstrate ownership of project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resources, identify risks and form risk mitigation strategies as required.Communicate regularly with business partners and team members to pursue project responsibilities and report on task status and results.Attend meetings with colleagues to prepare and maintain project documentation, log and track meeting minutes and action items, project status reports, and SOPs in an organized manner.Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement, solutions and prevent potential roadblocks.Participate in project-related tasks, such as research, data analysis, and critical metrics.Successfully influence, interact, and manage project tasks for internal and external partners/stakeholders.
Keys to Success:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
2+ years of experience in project management, leading small-to-medium projects.2+ years of data analysis experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Competent to work independently and/or partner with multiple workstreams while driving solutions.Ability to produce quality results, prioritize tasks, and meet targeted timelines.Ability to identify and address issues in a timely manner.Strong analytical skills, work ethic and time management skills.PPI, process, and innovative thinking skills will be valuable for this role.Effective interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Strong collaboration, interpersonal and facilitation skills.Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.Experience with CRM applications such as Sales Force and Business Intelligence systems such as Cognos and Power BIDetailed knowledge of SAP and Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One (E1) software preferred.Thrives in an environment of ambiguity and change. Calmly and confidently manages through change.Ability to work confidently and collaborate within a quick and dynamic team.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $23.26-$31.01.
