Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Coordinator in Tarrytown, NY.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Project Coordinator applies functional knowledge of IT Business Management areas of asset management and/or business operations to contribute to and support IT initiatives and processes under supervision Works collaboratively to maintain software license data for IOPS IT and ensures the data is populated & accurate in the Software Licensing portal Will be responsible for all procurement activities for licensing needs and renewals Will manage the procurement activities for the IOPS IT group within the US entity Executes tasks in compliance with the existing processes and communicates with internal stakeholders about progress and maintenance of processes Contributes to reports on progress to procurement, vendor management, project managers, and/or operations teams as necessary May assist with executing aspects of the lifecycle of business operations and/or software assets Will provide System Administration support of our internal Resource Management Tool(s) Supports the Resource managers/project managers in developing, generating reports and tracking metrics to support their resource needs Maintains integrity of resource data and reporting in our Resource Management Tool(s) Supports the team in providing budgetary reports and contract management administrative activities to key stakeholders Provides general administrative support for operational meetings, travel requests and team events Works with the Business Operations team in updating the relevant communications platforms, dashboards, and metrics to ensure consistency and transparency across the organization Maintains the integrity and structure of the IT Business Operations Teams sites Supports the IT Business Operations Manager as required in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Requires BA/BS in Business, Management, or related field 5+ years of administrative experience Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members with tact and diplomacy Strong digital literacy and proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, expense, and travel management (Concur), and teleconference systems is required Have a good level of independence, judgment, and basic problem-solving skills; Are comfortable acting as a point person for tasks/projects; Ability to work independently but also collaborate with team members Experience with Business Process tools such as Lean is desirable
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
