Job Description

　　Inventory and distribution management for hardware prototypes and commercial devices

　　Effectively communicate progress of tasks to multiple stakeholders

　　Work closely with Logistics team to coordinate device transfers

　　Work closely with the Operations Program Manager and program TPMs to support user studies

　　Work closely with procurement specialists to facilitate the procurement of additional commercial devices

　　on an as needed basis, based on inventory levels.

　　Conduct and maintain periodic inventories of all prototypes and commercial devices.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　3+ years of experience working in a similar coordinating role

　　Experience with inventory and distribution

　　Experience keeping process documentation up-to-date.

　　Proactive communication. You know when people need to be informed and provide that information

　　before they ask for it.

　　Strong written communication skills

　　Independent, driven, eager to learn, and share information with other team members

　　Ability keep up in a fast-paced dynamic environment Nice to Haves:

　　Experience in maintaining a Hardware inventory tracking program null
