The Project Coordinator needs to be highly motivated, and goal oriented behind the scenes- orchestrating the flow of information, tracking deliverables, and resolving issues. Their attention to detail and their relationships with colleaguescustomers, team members, architects, technical department, vendors, workersis what keeps our projects moving forward and on time and produced with the highest quality.
The Project Coordinator has responsibilities centered around project controls. These are shared with others and include schedule management, document control, project documentation, submittal management, procurement management, quality control, commissioning, training, and close-out management.Responsibilities
Develop and maintain documentation of project development and revisions including project schedules/timelines and forecasting.Provide regular progress reports, updated schedules and project correspondence. Actively search for ways to assist the team.Engage with technical department to ensure the technical accuracy of specific design details. Identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective actions.Must be thoroughly familiar with our product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities. This information will be used in developing products that are profitable.Prepare progress report on developmental programs and recommend the expansion or discontinuance of such programs in conjunction with technical, marketing, sales, manufacturing, and other top management.Must be familiar with current raw materials used and must research and recommend new materials as they impact manufacturing efficiencies and cost savings programs.
Consult with operating personnel on new and improved products, processes, and materials.
Communicate customer priorities to CAD programmer, Production Manager, and Operations support, as necessary.
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and
annual project
analysis and tracking. Maintain and manage outcomes dashboard.
Meet with stakeholders to
discuss project goals

Provide effective direction and guidance (written and verbal) to the team assigned to meet program expectations.
Meet the needs of external and internal customers related to the program.
Calculate cost(s) for quoting all project needs. Center point for all customer cost conversations.
Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer.
Respond to customer quote inquiries, write purchase orders, review templates, follow up with customer through delivered product, resolve warranty issues.
Report customer feedback with regard to our company's performance.
