　　What You’ll Be Doing

　　Cadmus is seeking a Project Billing / Cost Accountant to share in our success. This position will report to the Billing Manager and will work closely with project, contracting, and project control staff.

　　Responsibilities

　　Duties to include but not limited to:

　　“Cradle to grave” project cost accounting and invoicing responsibilities

　　Conduct project set up, prepare and manage client invoicing and support collection efforts

　　Reconcile unbilled receivables

　　Prepare monthly financial progress and other reports

　　Perform other duties, as assigned

　　Qualifications

　　Degree in Accounting or Business Administration

　　Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience

　　Accuracy working with numbers; well-organized; close attention to detail; deadline driven

　　Knowledge of MS Word, Excel

　　Experience with Deltek’s CostPoint required

　　Government contracting experience required

　　Ability to communicate effectively via e-mail, MS team texting, and/or telephone

　　Additional Information:

　　Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.

　　The minimum starting salary for this position is $90,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
