　　2 WEEK PROJECT

　　The open Project Assistant role that Robert Half is looking to fill will provide a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and eager individual to work with a cutting-edge company. 　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Assist project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

　　Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements for project-related events, including training seminars and conferences

　　Recording meeting minutes and maintaining records of tasks and progress

　　Conducting research online for information

　　Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

　　Organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to keep project deliverable schedules on track and support Project Managers

　　Communicate project information to key partners

　　Analyzing information, preparing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and developing presentations

　　Requirements - Knowledge of database and file management

　　Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook1 year of business/office experience at minimum

　　BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred; high school diploma or its equivalent required

　　Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is a plusAbility to multitask and attention to detail are critical

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Data entry experience

　　Solid understanding of customer service

　　Clerical Duties experience preferred
