　　Description and Requirements

　　As a Program Operation Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with the Operations Director to contribute to process optimization, travel arrangements, event quoting, and organization. Additionally, the role entails taking the lead in spearheading the CHAMPS program within the Best Buy MSA.

　　What will you do?

　　Plan and strategize the rollout of the CHAMPS program across the MSA program.

　　Maintain and update the CHAMPS Program to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

　　Drive adoption and accountability of the MSA team towards the CHAMPS Program.

　　Connect and collaborate with Regional Managers (RM) and Retail Engagement Specialists (RES) to strategize on evolving and optimizing the CHAMPS Program.

　　Drive reporting processes for the CHAMPS Program, ensuring accurate and timely information.

　　Coordinate travel arrangements and team calendars to ensure teams are where they need to be.

　　Support on event organization, quotes, bookings, and budgeting.

　　Partner with vendors to ensure cost-effective processes and deliverables for trainings, meetings, etc.

　　Partner with Regional Managers to train Market Managers on all necessary process topics.

　　Lead the onboarding, coaching, and training of team members on technology, Premium Retail applications and systems, security, operations, and other relevant topics.

　　Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution across all teams.

　　Experience and Qualifications

　　Experience in consumer electronics sales.

　　Strong background in retail management, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics.

　　Demonstrated skills as a Field Team Lead, showcasing effective management and leadership abilities.
