The HHC Lead Leadership Development Program portfolio designed to identify the skills needed for today and tomorrow and future executive leaders, develop and grow leaders, and prepare leaders for future, expanded more complex and senior assignments. The Program Manager, Leadership Development is responsible for portfolio of comprehensive leadership development programs including talent review, succession planning, development planning, coaching and mentoring, etc. Responsibilities include but, are not limited to: · Lead Leadership Development team, orchestrating administration of various programs designed to enable HHC to grow and develop leaders to lead in a complex and changing environment ensuring the organization has appropriate supply to fill future leadership needs. Improve in place programs, continually assessing organizational and leadership needs and ensuring programs meet the needs. Develop standard processes and defined measures of success that enable scalable solutions. · Responsible for Talent Review Process across the system, driving a standard process that allows freedom within the framework at the local level including career conversations, identification of high potentials, calibration reviews, development planning, and on-going review of high potentials. · Deliver scalable solutions that help keep and grow our talent, leveraging strategic partnerships where possible to select the best solution that solve HHC talent management and leadership development challenges · Identify development needs of talent/leadership cohorts and leadership transitions through leveraging key stakeholders and voice of the customer Collaborate with Consulting team to develop and/or select specialized training programs to meet those developmental needs · Participate in annual organizational needs assessment; using inputs to inform leadership development priorities Education: Bachelor’s Degree required Experience: 8-10 years Organizational Development/Human Resources experience We take great care of careers.
