JOB REQUIREMENTS: Scope of leadership role The Solutions Team ProgramManager is required to execute projects within a business. Develops andensures compliance to Regal project management processes. Directly leadshigh profile and 3-5 stage gate programs for selected business segmentsexecute a single strategic project or multiple projects across abusiness .This individual must facilitate agreement on project scope,define expected benefits, identify resources required, develop projectplans/timelines, execute according to plan and communicate projectstatus and progress to all stakeholders regularly. In this role, theTechnology Project Manager will: Key Responsibilities Project Planning:Plans and manages timelines, budgets and teams to achieve portfoliodeliverables across multiple businesses or large project portfolioswithin a business. Risk Management and communication: Ensures countermeasure plans are being developed and implemented for programs thatdon\'t meet schedules. Establishes a culture of project managementprocess compliance. Cross Functional Collaboration: Being a global team,it will be required to make sure the global team is engaged and there isstructure and methodology in communication cadence management . ProjectExecution and Monitoring: Monitor project progress, track milestones,and proactively address any deviations from the plan. Implementeffective project tracking and reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholdersinformed. Ensure compliance to existing Regal project managementprocesses and recommend process improvements when appropriate. Mentorengineering and other cross functional teams to meet projectdeliverables. Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear andtransparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updateson project status and addressing any concerns. Prepare and presentproject reports, summaries, and metrics to senior management and otherstakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-project evaluationsto identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Uselessons learned to refine project management processes and enhancefuture project execution. Required Education / Experience / Skills: Theideal candidate will have experience leading major product introduction,transition or cost out (VAVE) projects that require management of across-functional teams (local and remote teams). Good listening skillsand strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
