Program Manager
Location: Remote
Education:
· Master’s degree in any field from an accredited academic institution.
· A program/project management professional certification is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience managing approximately 400 personnel and experience managing geographically dispersed personnel at four (4) or more locations concurrently.
· Experience managing employees requiring employee professional certifications.
· Experience managing personnel with monthly travel requirements.
· Must be a US Citizen
· Extensive medical background is preferred, but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· For the United States Army, manage program with between 400 and 800 personnel with the primary focus being to optimize individual and unit physical readiness and ability to perform warrior tasks and battle drills.
· Compile monthly workload summary reports and prepare monthly status reports.
· Review SCC (Strength and Conditioning Coach) and CPS (Cognitive Performance Specialists that perform as Sports Psychologists) lessons learned, summarize, and provide recommendations for improvement in a quarterly report with the objective to find solutions to optimize the program.
· Ensure all personnel meet the minimum position requirements upon hire.
· Ensure the program is adequately staffed at all times, and within budget.
· Ensure the program staff continues to have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification with Automated External Defibrillators (AED) certification at all times.
