The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Program Manager. The Program Manager will assist divisions within the NASA Division with the monitoring of projects and shall support GDO Divisions to monitor, analyze and implement actions on reporting of grantee and Program activities based on Department of Energy and GDO accounting systems, other DOE records, Treasury reports, and private sector data sources.
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
Coordinates the operation of departments to confirm that assigned programs are completed according to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Takes proactive steps to minimize delays in delivery.
Regularly communicates with customers/clients to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any program problems.
Ensures that customers and/or clients are regularly informed of the status of the program.
Regularly communicates with management regarding the program’s status and any problems or potential problems.
Forecasts potential schedule delays and develops alternate plans.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
At least three years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
