About Program Manager

  Role Summary

  The candidate will lead a team of senior military analysts in support of the Army’s Mission Command Battle Lab (MCBL) The MCBL conducts experimentation, studies, and prototyping that inform Command and Control capability development and modernization efforts.

  Responsibilities and Duties

  Lead and manage a large team of senior military analysts.

  Responsible for all aspects of contract deliverables.

  Responsible for interfacing with and briefing Government personnel

  Oversee all program processes.

  Develop monthly status reports.

  Coordinate cross-functional meetings of personnel related to project.

  Report directly to nFocus leadership team on project activities and issues

  Develop and present In-Progress Reviews

  Qualifications and Skills

  Demonstrated experience with an Army experimentation program and major experiment or experiment series such as events that are comprised of multiple events such as workshops leading to a Simulation Experiment.

  Graduate of a military service school equivalent to the Army Command and General Staff College (Military Education Level-4)

  10+ years of military experience at the field-grade level; knowledge of Army, Joint, and Coalition operations at the division or higher echelon.

  5 years of demonstrated experience as a team leader or program manager in support of Army or Joint requirements

  Solid working knowledge of Army and Joint Doctrine

  Proficient verbal and written communication skills and familiar with the Army Writing Style

  Demonstrated experience maintaining timelines and ability to work with minimal supervision.

  Able to meet all requirements to be issued a Common Access Card (CAC)

  United States Citizenship

  Ability to hold a Secret level security clearance.

  BA/BS from accredited university in related disciplines

  Other Qualifications

  Possess clear and precise oral and written communication skills.

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  Submit to required background checks.

  Able to meet requirements to work on a military installation, including having a valid state driver's license and car insurance.

  Be self-motivated with ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes.

  Be completely functional in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  Be able to travel as required.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Master’s Degree

  War College Graduate (Military Education Level-1)

  Previous Battle Lab Experience
