　　Eagle Harbor, LLC , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Fort Bragg, NC.

　　POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of the contract.

　　Schedule and coordinate with the COR/ACOR to minimize disruptions to the facility mission.

　　Ensure all personnel meet training requirements of contract and corporate requirements.

　　Ensure budget, schedule, staffing, and deliverables are on time and in alignment with contract requirements.

　　Conduct interviews for staffing, ensure adequate hiring / staffing, perform personnel evaluations and disciplinary actions as necessary.

　　Compile historical data, prepare required reports, and submit all information as specified by the Deliverables presented in the contract.

　　Ensure all work in support of mission requirements tendered to the Government for acceptance conform to the measurable performance standards of quality, timeliness, and quantity specified in the PWS of this contract.

　　POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, OR

　　Five (5) years operations experience in Program Management field.

　　Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in GFEBS.

　　GFEBs experience and should include but is not limited to the areas of Supply, Procurement, and a working understanding of Plant Maintenance.

　　Currently possess or complete GFEBS training at https://www.lms.army.mil within three days after contract award.

　　Able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language and shall be physically located and working at the OMD Division.

　　This position is in Fort Bragg, NC.
