Job Description

　　We are looking for a Strategic Program Manager for our hospitality client for a new PMO being built. The ideal candidate will have experience with app integrations, contracting, and managing groups of contractors. You will be responsible for mentoring and engaging stakeholders, tracking budgets, and driving data-driven status reporting. You will also be responsible for carrying the message forward with the teams and giving clear understanding of our stakeholders. Preferably, someone that has worked across multiple IT domains in Agile/SAFe environments.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　-4+ years of experience as program manager working on strategic initiatives and within a PMO organization

　　-Tracking dependencies for PM's across various verticals in the organization

　　-Strong organizational and stakeholder engagement skills

　　-Financial acumen (how to track budgets, track burn down on budget)

　　-Ability to drive reporting metrics and carry the message forward with the project management team, stakeholders, executives - Experience with scale agile/SAFe and Release Train Engineer
