As the Program Development Manager, you will be responsiblefor strategically developing customer promotional offers and events,buying and managing promotional apparel and items, as well as leadingspecial project and initiatives. This position has a hybrid workenvironment reporting to the corporate office located in Superior,Wisconsin at least one day a week. Core Responsibilities: Strategicallydevelop and present company promotional events and offers for all DealerSales channels (online retail and commercial businesses) to drivecustomer retention, acquisition, and sales. Manage CRM system thatgenerates activities for the development of promotional events andactivities Conduct weekly promotional meetings leading a crossfunctional team that support the implementation and execution of allpromotions. Responsible for promotional apparel, marketing pieces, andfixtures ensuring items are designed with target audience in mind,appropriately branded, of high quality, and priced appropriately. Managerelationships with vendors including negotiating costs, ordering, anddelivery. Responsible for promotional item inventory management as wellas product launches on website.
